Revised Estimates Budget 2015 provides additional details and information in relation to the allocations contained in the 2015 Estimates, which were set out in the Comprehensive Expenditure Report 2015-2017, published by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform on 14 October 2014.

National Economic and Social Council Report Social Housing at the Crossroads: Possibilities for Investment, Provision and Cost Rental  probes three related issues: investment and finance; rent policy; and  influences on the supply of new dwellings. It argues that ambitious action on each of these three fronts is required.  

The first UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) Adaptation Gap Report is a preliminary assessment of global adaptation gaps in finance, technology and knowledge, and lays out a framework for future work on better defining and bridging these gaps.  The report finds that, despite adaptation funding by public sources reaching $23-26 billion in 2012-2013, there will be a significant funding gap after 2020 unless new and additional finance for adaptation is made available.  It was published to coincide with a crucial round of climate talks in Lima, Peru, December 2015.

‘Social Housing Strategy 2020: Support, Supply and Reform’ published by Government as a commitment under Construction 2020 is available here.  It outlines Government plans to deal with social housing issues from 2015 until 2020.
