The text of the first formal review of the National Social Partnership Agreement, Towards 2016 has now been published.  This review started in February and concluded in September 2008. During that period there were dramatic changes in the economic and fiscal context in which the review was taking place.

National Action Plan for Social Inclusion (NAPinclusion) 2007-2016 - Ireland

The commitments set out in this Plan are 
ambitious and challenging. The new strategic 
framework will facilitate greater co-ordination and 
integration of structures and procedures across 
Government at national and local levels, as well as 
improved reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
 

European Commission Joint Report on Social Protection and Social Inclusion 2007 sent to the European Council, February 23, 2007.

For the first time Member States have submitted integrated National Reports on strategies for social 
inclusion, pensions, healthcare and long-term care.
